we developed for Southpoint Cove. This new living community on Irondequoit Bay needed everything – names, logos, tagline, messaging, graphic identity, illustrations, a website and the advertising and social media strategy to support it.
Wanting to highlight the amazing benefit of waterfront living, Melissa created the tagline “Home is where the bay is”. John and Monica designed a bold graphic look with energized nautical colors and clean typefaces to differentiate Southpoint Cove from all the other housing communities being marketed in the area. The advertising and social marketing we created is all based on fun, featuring people enjoying themselves at the pool and boating on the bay. Lifestyle is what this brand it is all about.
