Did you know we’ve been operating in Rochester for over twenty years?
In that time, we’ve had the opportunity to work with some really great
clients on a wide range of projects. Some of our favorites are those that
involved architecture, real estate development and historical renovation.

Below are just a few examples of the exciting projects we’ve had the
opportunity to work on in Rochester.

44 Exchange was built in 1964, as the Central Trust Building. It now
houses 27 state-of-the-art apartments and has 25,000 sq. ft. of leasable
office space. Branding uses a 1960’s theme.

The Academy Building started as the 1873 School Administration,
and later became offices and a restaurant. Most recently, it has been
renovated into 24 exquisitely detailed residential lofts with room for
restaurants on the first floor.

The East Avenue Inn and Suites was built in 1957 and had deteriorated
over the years. Starting in 2012, it has been painstakingly renovated
into 34 guest rooms and 24 suites. It was completed in 2014 and
features a restaurant that looks out over the East End.

The Sagamore and K2 sought to create excitement and awareness
for this new project. It is the first modern luxury condominium and
mixed-use retail complex in Rochester’s East End Cultural District.
Units were filled in a year.

Southpoint Cove is Rochester’s newest resort-style community.
Located just steps from Southpoint Marina and Pool Club on
Irondequoit Bay, the development will offer 315 apartments and 24
luxury condominiums when construction completes in 2016.
