The Sagamore on East

Situation
Local developer Christa Construction and its partners sought to create excitement and awareness of a new project to build a mixed-use retail and luxury condominium complex on a parcel fronting East Avenue in the East End Cultural District of Rochester.

Challenge
The yet-to-be-built Sagamore On East would feature a combination of ground-floor retail stores and 23 luxury condominiums at a price point higher than any yet successfully sold in the downtown Rochester market.

Solution
K2 developed a branding campaign featuring ads, outdoor displays, showroom materials, direct mail and other tactics positioning The Sagamore On East as an exciting alternative to suburban living for upscale "empty nesters" and high-income professionals seeking luxury, proximity to culture, and convenience.

Results
Fourteen sales contracts (over 1/2 the available inventory) were signed prior to the groundbreaking for construction.
