Fairport Savings Bank believes in providing fantastic customer service and doing their part to support the community. These strong values have been in place since 1888.
The FSB brand really is different. A genuine example of what is meant by a “community bank”—they greet their customers by name and enjoy getting to know their families.
But their marketing materials just didn’t convey the Fairport Savings Bank experience to their customers or staff. They don’t act like other banks, so they shouldn’t look or sound like other banks.
K2 was given the assignment to revitalize their brand. This included a tagline and messaging as well as creating a fresh new look complete with updated logo, color palette and illustrations. We worked very closely with staff, customers and senior management to develop the new brand and align it with their genuine, friendly, attentive and fun personality.
